Juan Miller

"Mission Control"

Juan sits at the intersection of data and design. As the co-founder of Form & Flow, he helps brands bridge the gap between "good ideas" and the infrastructure required to make them scale. Before launching the studio, he built and rebuilt systems in the wild: scaling a short-term rental company from 5 to 58 properties, mapping complex SQL databases for teams that had no UI, and turning messy financial and operational data into dashboards that changed how leaders made decisions. That mix of ground-level execution and analytical rigor underpins how Form & Flow works today: every campaign, brand, and website is designed to look sharp, perform well, and plug neatly into a client’s real-world operations.Juan leads the "Form" side of the studio. While the creative team pushes boundaries, he builds the quiet backbone that supports them; clarifying positioning, architecting funnels, and ensuring every campaign is measurable, repeatable, and operationally sound.Based in Northwest Arkansas, Juan is deeply embedded in the local business community. Whether he is advising hospitality brands or experimenting with new tech products, his goal remains the same: giving founders and operators the leverage they need to be the shift in their own communities.
